Please note that this page is only for our college counseling packages. For other services, follow the instructions on our general Get Started page.

STEP 1: sign OUR COLLEGE COUNSELING Terms of Engagement 

Please have a parent electronically sign the college counseling contract.  You will leave our website and be taken to RightSignature. Select the package you'd like, scroll down to the bottom to sign using your mouse, and select today's date.

You will receive an identity verification email from RightSignature. Click the 'verify email' link.

Step 2: Purchase a Package

You can pay by Zelle or purchase a package using a credit card or ACH transfer. To pay by credit card or ACH, create an Apt Tutoring Noto account if your child doesn’t have one. If your child already has a Noto account, we’ll email you an invoice.

Parents of freshmen and sophomores can pay 50% by Zelle when they start and the balance by June 1 of sophomore year.

Step 3: Fill out the College Counseling Family Intake Form

This form should be filled out by a parent and submitted online. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to work with your child.
