Please note this page is only for our college counseling packages. For other services, follow the instructions on our general Get Started page.

STEP 1: sign OUR COLLEGE COUNSELING CONTRACT 

Please have a parent electronically sign the college counseling contract.  You will leave our website and be taken to RightSignature. Select the package you'd like, scroll down to the bottom to sign using your mouse, and select today's date.

You will receive an identity verification email from RightSignature. Click the 'verify email' link.

Step 2: Purchase a Package

You can mail a check or purchase a package using a credit card. To pay by credit card, create an Apt Tutoring MindBody account or, if your child already has one, login into their account. Select "College Counseling" and the package you want and purchase it. You will receive a receipt by email.

Parents of 9th and 10th graders can pay $3,000 now by check and another check for the remaining balance by August 1 before the student’s junior year. 

Step 3: Fill out the College Counseling Family Intake Form

This form should be filled out by a parent and submitted online. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to work with your child.
